Dr. Charles Huang is the CEO of Mullan Pharmaceutical Inc. He is also the founder and chairman of Pasaca Capital Inc., a multi-billion-dollar investment firm with a diverse portfolio of companies in various industries across the globe. 

Dr. Huang has a strong background in investment banking and the healthcare industry. He was the first in academia to research the globalization of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry. Throughout his career, he has led multiple IPOs and built successful startups. In 2020, Pasaca Capital established a global manufacturing base and developed a global distribution network, even as global supply chains collapsed during the global pandemic, and successfully delivered several billion test kits to states, governments, and all over the world.

Dr. Huang is also a philanthropist and has donated over $100 million through the Charles Huang Foundation. His $70 million grant to the University of Strathclyde in Scotland in 2021 is the biggest single donation to any Scottish university, and among the most generous made to any British university.

Dr. Huang has a Ph.D. in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, and a Bachelor's in Economics from Wuhan University, China.
